Your favorite free native linux game

I'm not a huge gamer, but I wouldn't mind having a good linux-native game to have around.
I thought I'd open up to the forum to suggest your favorite game. Let me know what keeps
you up at night making it hard to wake up for work the next day. Thanks!

Re: Your favorite free native linux game

My daughter (4yrs) bugs me everyday about SuperTux.
Loves the latest Milestone2 release. I like it too but it's her that's keeping me up late playing it! Of course, having Flash9 now opens up a whole new world of Linux gaming. I think this is where it's going. My Mom's machine has Ubuntu installed and during the Christmas vacation, the grandkids were able to watch movies, play miniclip.com and nickjr.com, etc....Win Win.

Umm... yes. lol. Has been for years. Wolfenstein went Open Source as well.

I do believe you need an account to see the download page. If so, just register, no big deal.

Oh wow ... news to me, I've never been a big gamer but I think I will be taking a look into that one, thanks for the info

Edit: Do they offer a 64-bit binary or would I need to compile?
