Slow SSH login - Page 2

Interesting that there are so many possible solutions to this. I had this problem w/ client and server running 7.04, and fixed it. Then when I upgraded the desktop to 7.10, the problem reappeared. None of the suggestions above worked for me, but then I found this:

I fixed it by adding the following line to /etc/ssh/sshd_config :
UseDNS no
