Started messing around with Linux a little more than a year ago. I have been using Ubuntu most of that time. I now use Ubuntu almost exclusivly. I keep a Windows partition around only for a few legacy applications.

Hello, my name is Nathan. I have been using Ubuntu for about 6 months now and am sold on it.
actually, we started using linux in one of my CompSci classes last semester. i had never really been interested in learning it before, but after awhile, it grew on me. i just recently got into ubuntu.
I started with Breezy Badger. I think that makes it about two years... maybe?
Started this summer with Dapper. So, seven months or something. Love it though, have gotten a couple of other people to switch, and got a machine at work running ubuntu, so that is good.
I've been messing with linux for 5-6 years. I never found that perfect distro but I found out that I loved Debian and Debian based ones.
I first found Ubuntu in Hoary, I hated it, but I saw the community's strength and decided to come back later.
I was testing it out again and found that Ubuntu had grown and so did I. So here I am.
people call me heathen (thus the sn..)
