    Vent

I am having trouble getting Wine to work with Ventrillo.

I did the following steps here:
    http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=41737

And still no progress. Are these still uptodate instructions with the latest versions of vent, wine, and ubuntu?

Hello, have you heard of mangler? I to was having problems getting ventrilo to work 100% with wine. So instead I started using Mangler which is another ventrilo client that is native to linux. You should be able to install Mangler by typing 'sudo apt-get install mangler' without the ''s in terminal.

I know this isnt a solution to the vent/wine problem but I hope this helps

Believe me. I've used vent/wine before, and the Native Vent Client Mangler works %500 better.

No noise, easy to work with, and No wine needed.
