What's best Color AIO w/ refillable ink cart's?

nOOB here, Edgy 6.10; wants an All In One Printer/Scanner/Copier. I've went numb searching 'net for one with lower TCO...refillable cartridges would be nice.Color if possible...not picture quality.

Suggestion: Separate topic just on printing; that alone will generate pages of replies.

Your best bet would be to private message one of the mods, asking them to move the thread.
