Re: Call of duty 2

CoD2 runs, granted you're using 0.9.35 or 0.9.36. You need to do some registry entries, the UseGLSL and OffscreenRenderingMode. It only runs in DX7 mode atm, and it crashes when you get shell shock. 0.9.34(or it's 0.9.33) with Mirek's patch doesn't encounter this issue.
Single player doesn't work either, with original exe or no-cd cracked (safedisc and sound error, respectively). From reports punk buster doesn't work either.

Note that PB enabled multiplayer will not work with wine...

Re: Call of duty 2

It is a shame that Punkbuster is not enabled under wine. I play it alot but the best sites all use punkbuster. I tried a punkbuster site, lasted only a minute before getting kicked with a message about some driver issue. No I gotta play on non-punkbuster site with all the problems that those sites have.
