Williamsburg KY represent!!!
You can't go much farther south than this and not be in Tennessee.
I'm a noob, but I'm getting there. Got one installed and networked, even played around with MythTV for a couple of weeks.

I'm living in Lousiville (from Bowling Green) and I must admit the S-LUG at UofL is D-E-A-D.
Central Kentucky, namely Berea, Ky.
I have been using Ubuntu since 6.04.
Western Kentucky. Has anyone heard of Paducah, I'm located around it.
I've been using Ubuntu since Gutsy, tried GNU/Linux a few times before but never really stuck due to dial-up and other issues. I like 8.10 but can't wait to try out 9.04!
I Live In Louisville, Kentucky And I Was Wondering How Could I Join The Kentucky Team?
I'm from Lexington and though new (been using ubuntu for under a week) would like to become involved in the loco group, any tips on how to do that?
Whatnotery / Hiddendev - Best way to get information on the LUG is to go to irc.freenode.net and join the #bglug channel. Alternately, you can come to our main website, http://www.bglug.net and http://forums.bglug.net to learn more and to join the LUG. There's a launchpad group, but we really don't do anything with it. If you request to join that group, I'll approve you, but it's unused.
I live around the University of Kentucky campus area.
I have switched distros many times, but this time around I am staying with Ubuntu. First time I tried Ubuntu was 5.04, at that time my sata hard drive was not yet supported by the kernel. I had my first success with ubuntu 6.04, currently using 9.04 and have been loving it

Hello all,
I'm based out of Brandenburg, KY.
I'm Running Ubuntu/Kubuntu 9.04 since June and I love it!! I also have a Gentoo Box I've had for about 5 years now. Had a Acer Netbook running Linpus, now it's my wife's running Ubuntu Netbook Remix 9.04.
Been using Linux/*nix off and on since 1997-98. I consider myself an Intermediate-Newbie. Hoping to connect with Linux/*Nix people in the area.
