Other comments: This install works as well on VMWare server with 512M of MEM and 8G of HD space given to it as the Edgy CD went on my normal PC (that runs the VMWare system) - i.e. no hitches.

Ubuntu Herd2 with all net updates takes up 2.7GB space

So far the only bugs encountered has been the one pasted.

(got past this issue with 'sudo aptitude update' 'sudo aptitude upgrade')
