my work is to help the windows clients.
the have LOTS of problems
outlook, exchange server, SQL server, graphic cards, printers, faxes, network cards ...you name it. (the SQL server got offline every 10-60 minutes without a reason)
they cry for help even if the Icon they were so used to is in other place.
and if I accidentally put them the "blank" screensaver - they ask me why their computer got shutdown every 10 minutes. (so I rather leave them without any screensaver and make them face the "leftmarks" of their screen).
I have problems that I can't find any REASONABLE solution , and got solved only by mistake (when I renamed something and it didn't work I put it back and it did work...go figure).
what I want to ask you is this
if you are a Linux helpdesk, do you have ANY problems at all with the clients OR the servers ?
