Just curious anyone here getting any tech gifts for xmas or bought them for someone else ? If so what ?

I bought my wife the special edition red Nano (8gb).

We bought ourselves a Vizio 50" plasma TV and a Sony 5.1 theater setup. It's sweet.

Man, I got a couch from the salvation army last week. That's been the most technologically advanced gift I've gotten this Christmas, even though it was for myself.

A Playstation PSP for myself -- and just to play the Star Trek Tactical Assault Game -- I don't know why, seemed like a good thing to do at the time thou!

Heh. Same here. Got there at 7pm, and got the Wii at 7am. 6th in line.

- I recommend Ear Plugs, not technical but could be necessary.

I'll be teaching him. Oh, I know what it sounds like to learn. I remember my dad complaining about the racket as I learned to play, then one day he asked me if I could teach him that. Turns out, he didn't have the patience!
