FAQ: I keep getting /dev/dsp errors when using sound.

I have found that the best method for me is to set the gnome system to use the ESD sound system.

I too have sound problems. Can you expound on your solution? I'm not quite certain what to do. I require a little more handholding then most folks. Thanks.
