    small question about installing steam

    when it says "Updating Steam...", how long is it supposed to stay on that screen?

    ill post back in 30min. hopefully something will happen in that time.

    Make sure you disabled your firewall, or any other port blocker (moblock, PeerGuardian)...

    Steam will just hang at that screen if it can't connect.
