If this is a joke on your part considering I can't read that pages language and if it is a legal issue, then yea, that can be a disturbance, but I am not sure about a legal dept. I am sure if the two are working together than it's not a legal issue, if not then it will deffinently be logged by staff.
But if it's just note to show that msn is working with Ubuntu then it's not something to worry about.
