    Repository HELP!!!

    Hello,

    I seem to be having some trouble when i do my sudo apt-get update i keep getting this: Failed to fetch http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/edgy/Release Unable to find expected entry universe-security/binary-i386/Packages in Meta-index file (malformed Release file?)
    Reading package lists... Done
    W: Duplicate sources.list entry http://us.archive.ubuntu.com edgy/universe Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/us.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_edgy_universe_b inary-i386_Packages)
    W: You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems

    nope, I still get these errors:

    Any other suggestions?

    I'm having trouble with dapper u.s. servers (on the west coast). Yesterday at a friend's house on his Qwest DSL line we couldn't get anything out of the u.s. servers. I tried at home this morning (0500 hours PST) on our horribly slow dial-up connection and was able to get some data at about 1 kbps. Don't know what's up, I woulda expected more people asking questions!
