Forum login issue

Hi
Not sure where to post this.
I am having trouble with my laptop and this forum, (in fact most vbuilitin forums).
I log in, I click remember me, etc, it remembers for about two pages then logs me out. I can't post, can't search, every time I'm asked for my log in, its getting rather irritating now.
Using Firefox 1.5.0.7. Cleared Cache, cookies, etc, no effect.

Any help / suggesting welcomed

I think you disabled cookies.
Check the edit >> preferences and the privacy tab.

I've checked the setting for privacy, its enabled and the option "for site that set it" is ticked also. I clicked on view cookies and it thee are 2 set for ubuntuforum but it still refuses to let me use the forum.

Yep, same here. I can only access the forum on this machine where I am already logged in. I've tried on 2 other machines and it says that I've successfully logged in then returns as a non-logged in user.

Must be a vBulletin thing, I'm on 2 other forums which use this software and have the same issue, its very odd.

i seem to have the same problem, i log in, everything's fine for several pages, then suddenly i'm out and have to re-login again, doesn't happen on any other forums,

anyone any ideas?

hme! ignore me, problem fixed with new install this morning (not due to this, fitted new harddrive), not sure what fixed it, new install, or one of the updates, i dont know.
