Yeah, I haven't seen much info about that yet. Looks like some very early 6600's had it available then a switch in in production it was lacking. Seen some reference to newer card with it too, but I doubt I will ever get one as they are $350 cards and I'm not a gamer lol.

My GTX 560 Ti does not have it, it might be on the $1000+ rendering cards though.
They support a lot more monitoring data (through nividia-smi) than other cards.

Any? How many do you have?

I have three that still work, but I am only using two of them right now.
I got a better one for my new computer and put the old "new" card in the old computer since the old "old" card runs hot (60+ C).
The oldest card is almost six years old, I don't buy them very often.

Hi Guys,

If you work in a Windows-centric world like I do, you might use an Exchange server at work.

I found that by using DavMail and Kaivalagi's script, I can have notification of new mail for my Exchange account in my conky.

1. Install DavMail (http://davmail.sourceforge.net/)

2. Install the conkyEmail script (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=869771)

3.Just to clarify for anyone who is confused by the instructions at the DavMail site, when you configure DavMail be sure to use the login and password for your account on the Exchange server, not on your machine at home.


4. Example from my conkyrc:

5. This also enables you to use Thunderbird to send/receive email as well as view/edit your Exchange calendar.

It works really well on my machine.

I believe you have more information displayed on the top right desktop than NASA had in the entire control room during the moon trips .

Your "Dial/Clock" elements on the other desktops are quite impressive (especially the ones with the moons). Makes my conky look like something programmed on an Atari.
