Well, you have to think it's translated from Chinese, the weather site is The Hong Kong Observatory. So "fine" - would be somewhere between "Bright" that I saw for Vancouver yesterday and cloudy/rain etc - maybe "Fair".
Pretty cool ... I've been taking screenshots all day to watch the "night" move across the world ... now that's neat:

Looks like the site told a little white lie, the clouds only changed once all day! (between 10 and 11)
13 conkys running, claws open and iceweasel with three tabs - CPU Average: 12% NOT BAD!!!!
Set up my .conkyrc and the conky.lua in .conky folder in a new install of a 64 bit Lubuntu 12.04 LTS after updating and upgrading.
Typed in:
I then ran conky after reboot, but got this:Code:sudo apt-get install conky-all
How do I resolve the gnome-keyring problem?Code:andyopie150@Dell-OptiPlex-GX620DT:~$ conky WARNING: gnome-keyring:: couldn't connect to: /tmp/keyring-e3xI0k/pkcs11: No such file or directory Conky: desktop window (1a00102) is subwindow of root window (d6) Conky: window type - override Conky: drawing to created window (0x2a00001) Conky: drawing to double buffer Conky: Unable to load image '/home/andyopie150/.conky/new-ubuntu-logo.png'

I need more coffee ....
I wouldn't worry about it ... it's hit a lot of people. I don't use it so I deleted gnome-keyring. WARNING: Check first
Also you need to move the image into the correct path OR change the path of the image.
Do a search: "gnome-keyring:: couldn't connect to:" lots of answers for different situations.

Well, yes it probably will be a 'bit' different. The basics will be the same just some tweaks to do because of which WM or DE you are using.
Which Linux Mint 15 did you install?
- Linux Mint 15 Olivia -> Featuring Cinnamon 1.8 and MATE 1.6!
- Linux Mint 15 Xfce -> Featuring Whisker Menu and Xfce 4.10!
I'm going to rule out the KDE version as you said "old" ...
Since your new with MINT did you look at CrunchBang?
That would be smoother and faster I think - but you have to like OpenBox
If you try a "*Box" and like it ... you'll never go back to a DE again - at least that's what I was told 4 years ago and it's proving correct.
OpenBox is a WindowManager - lighter and faster than Desktop Managers (Gnome, Xfce4, KDE, Unity Mate etc.)
64 bit Linux Mint 15 Mate.
Checked over at the Mint forum (didn't know if I could post questions about Mint here).
Made a start-conky.sh file with the needed info inside using Geany. Named the startup to "Conky", with the command being:
Comment was: A System Monitor For X.Code:/home/andyopie150/start-conky.sh
Had to go back and check the "Allow executing file as progam" box in the new start-conky.sh file, but now it boots up after my specified 20 seconds.Screenshot.png
PS: I was thinking about trying Crunch Bang now that I've got a 64bit system, I just happen to have had a Mint 15 that I burned to a CD to install on a friends computer. I'm on the slowest internet on the planet right now, so I will need to download Crunch Bang via the phone and a faster internet like at the Library.
I do have another 80GB SATA hard drive with Windows XP Professional on it. Plenty of Room (I only need 35GB for the Windows partition).
This box is pretty cool considering I pieced it together from 4 none working towers in various states of disrepare and cannibalizm (given to me free).
Dell Optiplex GX620DT with a really good BIOS. A mother board with a 3.392GHz dual core Pentium 4, 1GB of RAM expandable to 4GB (first chance I get), two 80GB hard drives, CD + DVD writer, floppy disk drive (currently not hooked up), and an amazing old 16 inch SONY Trinitron monitor that looks better than the LCD screen on the All in one Desktop. I like it even better than the new monitors, well, all except the size. The monitor is Huge and weighs about 30 pounds or more, but I wouldn't trade it for anything.

@ Andy Browning
I'm sorry, cellphone faster internet connection that the computer. That's funny ... in a "I don't believe it" kind of way.
Well done. I think you'd find #! quite perky on that machine.
Why bother...floppy disk drive (currently not hooked up)
Sound like you have 55GB to play with for #!
15GB for /
40GB for /home
Not too bad.
Any USB ports? If not you'll need a DVD for #!
