    For me would be fine just see the time I've been connected per connection, but if could be possible to add also the total time would be awesome.
    So no hints? Is not possible to do that?

    Thanks again

    There, no more borders for my Conky. Anyways, how do you add conky to the startup?

    On my system I use a script to start all of my conky's the sleep command allows things to start so conky display properly ie internet connection.
    Code:
    #! /bin/bash

    if pidof conky | grep [0-9] > /dev/null
    then
     exec killall conky
    else

    sleep 5 &&
    conky -d -c /home/phil/.conkyrc &

    sleep 13 &&
    conky -d -c /home/phil/.conkylc &

    sleep 15 &&
    conky -d -c /home/phil/.conkylcold &

    sleep 7 &&
    conky -d -c /home/phil/.conkyrt &

    #sleep 1 &&
    #conky -d -c /home/phil/.conkypidgin &

    sleep 5 &&
    conky -d -c /home/phil/.conkyrb &

    #sleep 9 &&
    #conky -d -c /home/phil/.conkyrc-album &

    #sleep 7 &&
    #rm /tmp/img.png &
    #conky -d -c /home/phil/.conkyrc-album-left &

    #sleep 5 &&
    #conky -d -c /home/phil/.conkymid &

    #sleep 1 &&
    #conky -d -c /home/phil/.conkycal &

    #sleep 2 &&
    #conky -d -c /home/phil/.conkypie &

    #sleep 2 &&
    #conky -d -c /home/phil/.conkypiecpu &

    sleep 15 &&
    gnome-terminal --window-with-profile=desktopterminal

    exit
    fi
    then just make it executable (sudo chmod777 *file location and name*(I Think)), and add it to the start up programs.

    System->Preferences->Startup Applications

    Click on 'Add'
    then give it a name, and a command '/home/phil/.conkyslowstart'

    exit it and it should be OK, next time you start up, then so will conky

    Hope this helps.

    I added conky in the startup process, but everytime the computer restart, the border of my conky will display again.

    i might be wrong, i but ive heard of same thing happening to others. again, its compiz thats the culprit. but if you change the sleep time to say 30 then you should be ok

    Great!
    It's precisely what I was looking for... I suppose it's too difficult to implement on conky, but it's perfect as it is.

    Thank you very much, merlin. =D>

    well, only other thing i can think of is this. if you're not using compiz, turn off the effects like in attatchment (system - preferences - appearance - visual effects). apart from that, i'm stumped
