Hey people.
I noticed one thing today. I haven't posted technical thread for ages!Why? Because Ubuntu is just perfect. This is very good. I hope we keep using the same brilliant distribution even during the Edgy cicle.

About Edgy-did they fix sleep/hibernation option on laptops?

Its perfect yet you want to know if sleep mode was fixed in Edgy, oh thats pre-release ...

Hi rado_london, not on my laptop (Sony Vaio) some times when i close the lid it will go into hybernation yet other times it will just sit, but then again i only upgraded to Edgy a few weeks ago, once the full release is out will do a full install, that will show on my lappy at least. But its not that bad an issue for me anyway.

It aint for mee too but this is annoying as this is one of the coolest options for laptops. Also it aint that diffuct do be done innit?

I have HP which is supposed to be supported well. It is but the sleep aint working. BTW it did in Breezy but through the menu not whe closing the lid.

when they said dapper drake I didn't really believe them... A nicely dressed duck walking around my house cleaning was nice at first -- but he's scaring the neighbors!
