Mac feature on panel

I just saw this cool feature on a MAC whilst photographer was taking pictures of me.
I would like the icons on the top panel to increase in size when I hover by them with mouse!

what you want is a dock
there are several around... but none really finishes AFAIK

may i suggest kiba-dock

my screen shot doesnt do it justice, i have seen people make it look just like OS X dock, and some people have made theirs look even better
