Sometimes when I go to the cafe the backyard is gone! Usually I can refresh but sometimes it's more persistent. I haven't noticed any particular pattern but I know a friend can't see it aswell sometimes.

No, in my case I haven't noticed that. I check The Backyard severall times a day and it's always there where expected. What is your browser and OS?

I think you cannot see it if you are not logged in.
