HOWTO: MSN Smilies for all GAIM protocols

I've always hated the Penquin Pimps smilies that GAIM comes with for default, and being a Jabber user, it was either them or nothing. Provided here is a set of MSN smilies that will be used in all protocols, instead of just the MSN one

To install, download the archive (the attachment) and extract it. Read the README for installation directions.
