DVD screenshot

Hi guys, I wanted to catch a screenshot from a 'No Rain' music video by Blind Melon and set it as my wallpaper That is why I need to know how to catch a screenshot under KDE (I can use a GNOME app as well). I know Mplayer can catch divx screens, will it work for DVD as well? Thanks in advance.

I don't know about MPlayer but I do know that VLC will do it.
