    Wget giving 403 error

    I am trying to download a mp4 file from [snippity]. I used Inspect Element feature of Chrome to get the url of the video file. I can download the file with that URL on Chrome. But I get the 403 forbidden error when I try the command:

    <snip error>

    Moreover, when I paste above url on Firefox, I am not able to download the video either. It just opens an empty page. So what's the problem with both firefox and wget? And how can I download the link from both?
    Note: I am using Ubuntu 15.10.
