There is this weird bug in steam where the first game I launch will cause other following game to have that icon. By restarting the system I was able to reset that, but then the same problem happen again after I launch another game. If my explanation is hard to understand please take a look the images I uploaded.
*Sometimes there is no icon at all but the important part is that all steam game have the same icon.
