Hello, after checking multiple threads on multiple sites for a fix for this problem I gave up and decided to ask for some help.
I have a dual-boot system (Windows 7 and Ubuntu 15.04 )
So the problem that I am having is that whenever I reboot to switch to Ubuntu from Windows my wired connection shows up in the network manager but it can't ever connect it just loops. The problem is not present when switching from Ubuntu to Windows.
I do not think that this is a issue with 15.04 as I also had this problem with 14.04 and I decided to switch hoping that it would fix the problem. It did not.
The only way that I can get my wired connection to run on Ubuntu is to shut down my PC for some time (5 mins or so) and then boot it to ubuntu.
I tried installing the newest Linux drivers for my Intel 82567LM network adapter, but this did not fix the problem.
Still hope that this can be resolved so way
Thanks in advance.
