    Certain Programs Look Dated XFCE4

    Hi all,
I've installed XFCE4 and customised it a bit. I've installed the numix frost theme. Most programs look fine but a few such as VLC, Clementine, Virtualbox, Mumble, Canopy, Musicnrainz Picard. and the menus in Spotify look very dated. Here's a picture. Anyone have any idea why this is happening? I am on Ubuntu 15.04

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When I click your link above, I get a 403 error - no authorized. Is this file public? I'm not versed on themes and artwork so probably no help to you.

It was that they were not using the GTK theme, I fixed by following this.
