Is GrubED compatible with Super GRUB?
I suppose the menu.lst editing works the same way but updating GRUB itself probably not as Super would be replaced by the standard release. Any other issues to expect?

I wouldn't recommend it myself. I've never bothered using super GRUB, and didn't have it in mind when writing GrubEd. Feel free to try it though, would be interesting to see the results.
Great Script.Really Very useful and your work is appreciable .Thanks

Hello. What do you mean by is GrubED is compatible with Super GRUB ?
GrubED is an editor of menu.lst of your own computer. Super Grub Disk does not create or modify any menu.lst. It only generates some sort of on-the-fly menu.lst from the cdrom when you run it.
When you reinstall grub to the mbr from SGD you do not install SGD's grub but your own's grub.
What was you idea though? It may be interesting.
Maybe you have to managed to install supergrub's grub into your hard disk?

Where is the source code for this program. In linux, its pretty much expected to have access to the source code. All of us dont use x86, etc. :/
Ubuntu User #: 0x2695 | Banshee 1.8/2.0 Pidgin Plugin
Intel Q6600 @3.21, 4GB, GTX260, ArchLinux
Lenovo IdeaPad S10, 1.6GHz Intel Atom, ArchLinux
The source code IS the program, it's a BASH script :/
