Spilled the Beans
For the past couple days I've had trouble trying to connect my computer to my speakers(speakers work with my android) using bluetooth after it having previously working. Is there there anyway to test if its a software or hardware issue? One corner of my laptop has been getting pretty warm over this same period so I'm kinda worried about overheating since I've had overheating issues with this laptop before but I'd like to try to make sure thats what it is.

Spilled the Beans
I'm using ubuntu 14.04 with an Intel Centrino 2230 - 802.11 b/g/n Wireless LAN + Bluetooth Combo Module. From playing around with it some more sometimes the computer says its connected via bluetooth to the speakers but the sound still comes from my laptop speakers while other times when I tell the computer to connect it doesn't connect at all.
