Yes, sometimes it does matter.
in your terminal check " xset q "
screen saver should be 0
&
dpms should be 0

if there not all 0 you can set them in startup, i've done that in the past when i had those kind of issues.
I will try now to change the timeout of the screen saver. I fail to understand why it is 600 (I'd assume 10 mins) while I have changed that - as I attached the 2 screenshots previously - and via GUI.
Let's see what will happen .. will try to figure out what to do now ... will report back
