    Help with learning

I saw a TED talk that recommended 20+ hours to learn something.

So I have installed a Ubuntu Headless server w/SSH, Plex, LAMP, FTP, Webmin and SAMBA. Setup installations (Including Samba shares) Installing software learned WGet and DPKG. I have Mounted drives, formatted and edited the FSTAB. Basic Navigation of CLI and changing permissions. Basic usage of Nano.

What are basic tasks to allow me more time using/learning Ubuntu? Recommendations?

The only task/learning route I've found is setting up a cron job to defrag disk drives.

    Re: Help with learning

    hi Jared,
and welcome to Ubuntu, which is for 'humans' with its automated installation and setting. This is way more friendly and less techy distro compared to some others, like Arch or Gentoo, that need some knowledge to compile , install and configure.
Ubuntu does itself all that stuff for you

You can pick a topic from the PopularPages link below. It's helpful to read through the Ubuntu Server Guide.
