tried install kubuntu from USB stick, failed because install wanted CD/DVD.

grub-install fails when using "LABEL=/Ubuntu-15.04" in fstab. This causes problems when apt-get upgrade fails, which causes package Manager to get hosed up in an attempt to complete install of new kernel package.

How do I create a bug entry?

William_estrada, the thread is for posting only in you have a workaround or fix you want to share.
Bringing old hardware back to life. About problems due to upgrading.

Don't use this space for a list of your hardware. It only creates false hits in the search engines.
