Help pc wont boot!!

i installed ubuntu 13.10 fresh install.
>>no boot option.

so then i tried repair boot disk software.
still no help

i get the fail media error on boot.

Welcome. 13.10 is no longer supported. Suggest you install a supported release: 12.04 LTS or 14.04 LTS, both supported for five years (2017 and 2019) or 14.10, supported for about five more months.

Since you have an UEFI system, better to use the newer versions of Ubuntu.
And make sure you have updated UEFI/BIOS from hardware vendor as UEFI has many updates, both by vendors and Linux software.
