I run Ubuntu 14.04 LTS on my netbook. I often like to listen to internet radio (Pandora) and use a BlueTooth speaker. My problem is that the sound control is not integrated. The sound control from the speaker icon on the panel sometimes is where I have to make changes, and then sometimes it is the PulseAudio. And then there is the BlueTooth audio settings.

Some times when viewing a U-tube video or another online video, I have to figure out which sound control works for it.

Why does Unbuntu not have an integrated sound control? Also why does PulseAudio NOT pick up the BlueTooth control and allow me to direct it to external BT speakers. Sometimes I can control the audio from the keyboard using [Fn] + [up] or [down], then sometime I have to open Pulse Audio and slide the volume control. There are so many variable in the audio control, I never know what or which to do each time I use audio.

I amost think Ubuntu is perfect, except for this sound problem.
