so i want to update my bios on my yoga 2 pro but i am only running 14.04 and the bios update is a windows 8.1 exe here is the link http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/downloads/ds035004
im hoping this will make vt-x option appear in bios.

or is there another way to enable vt-x or hyper v? im trying to use vmware on ubuntu so i can run a few windows programs any and all help is greatly appreciated
