    MMOs native to Linux?

So after two weeks of trying with Wine, Wine Tweaks and Play on Linux I've given up trying to get any Windows based MMOs working. Too many problems and issues with the patching and installing and I'm just done. So, does anyone know any good MMOs that are native to Linux? I already got Ryzom but was looking for something more along the lines of Tera or Neverwinter.

    Any suggestions would be great.

There's quite a few available on Steam: Dota 2 (haven't tried this yet), War Thunder (looks quite good), Star Conflict (would avoid that one). I've recently tried Gear Up, but that's still a bit wobbly.

Try RuneScape.com, it is Java based, so it work on Ubuntu.

DOTA 2 runs perfectly at a nice clip of a framerate, for what it's worth. I find it annoying to think about playing against 11 year olds who will know the game far better than I ever will, and, to tell the truth, I haven't gotten though all the tutorials yet.

Three-lane MOBA games aren't really my cup of tea. Also, if I have to memorize all the minutia of a game's rules, it'll be Dominions 4, in which I can at least look up stuff in the manual during a turn.

I drink my Ubuntu black, no sugar.

DOTA2 is not really an MMO game (massively multiplayer online game). there is no massiveness involved, it's 5v5 multiplayer and even the world in not massive.

there is plenty of MMO's around. most are more or less the same, based on same principle. I never played any of them. I prefer to play with some friends or family rather than many total strangers with various agendas.

anyway I think there was a page that has many and also some Linux ones listed and reviewed. wish I remembered what it was.

    regnum online, maybe planeshift

There were rumors of an official Linux client of Battle.net and that Wow was going to be the first Blizzard game to run natively in Linux. Anybody heard of any news ?

Spiral Knights was fun when I played it quite some time ago, but I stopped when I realized it's pay to win . Maybe it has changed, try it.
