    Yes, I did get very warm, but I still got brain freeze. That was in about 10 Fahrenheit. I was okay this time.
    My back is tired for the first time in ages.

    You can loose a lot of heat from the head and hands. They need to be covered when the weather is very cold.

    You should not be ashamed. You did what you could do. I've been sick and had a lot of work, it's been raining. I've been running during the WE only for the last month or so. Set up a goal you can reach and be happy with what you do. Running is for yourself, not for anything or anyone else. That is at least how I see it.

    I faced unexpected adversity, but I ran the first two in 16:20, and the entire four in 34:45 (8:41 per mile)... for myself!
