Please run the wireless script from the sticky post "Before posting in Networking and Wireless" and post the results in a new thread

Before you reinstall I would copy and paste this command:

echo "blacklist acer-wmi" | sudo tee -a /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf

Reboot.

This one works! I figured it out for 2 days and now no longer hokey pokey trick.
acer_wmi caused the problem!
