XPS 13 Sputnik upgraded to Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS - Touch Screen Two Finger Scrolling

I just got a brand new xps 13 DE from Dell with ubuntu 12 installed but upgraded it last night to 14.04.1 and so far everything is great... just trying to figure out of I can enable two finger scrolling on the touch screen? It works on the touch pad but I'd like to enable it from the touch screen so that if I use two fingers it scrolls up and down or left and right. Any ideas my fellow Ubunticans?

I am looking to buy the new XPS 13 but not the developer edition (not available in my market). Do you know if there are any differences between the DE and the one that is pre-installed with Windows 8.1? I would like to find out if Ubuntu can run well on it.
