So i make my self a web page, put my text based notes in a section
i set the font and font size so all browser look the same
make sure it looks right in windows via virtual-box, perfect match good to
so i go and use this page on a windows 7 install outside of virtual-box
there my font size 13 looks like it is about 11.5 and setting it to 16 there makes it look my how my size 13 does on ubuntu and windows 7 guest
the attached page looks fine in ubuntu and my win7 guest, but the instructions part it n a much smaller font on true windows install
