    [SOLVED] Upgraded Bios - lost Grub and boot-repair not worked

    I upgraded the BIOS on my dual boot Ubuntu / Win 8 laptop, but now it only boots into Windows - I've lost grub on startup.

    I tried boot-repair and got the following log:

    Is there anything obviously wrong here and easily fixable?

    Managed to fix this, not quite sure how but I followed the chroot instructions here and all seems happy again!
