Regarding Domain Controller

Hi,

We have nearly 25 Windows 7 Systems & nearly 50 Ubuntu Desktop with 12.04lts & 14.04lts.

We are planning to implement Domain Controller which is similar to windows DC with AD. Also I need the following things in that.

Domain Controller,
DHCP
Group Policy
Read / Write to Folder
User Authentication
Adding windows 7 + Ubuntu systems into Domain Controller

Can anyone suggest which way We can fulfill our requirements?
