Just upgraded to yosemite and when starting the computer and holding alt/option key, Ubuntu partition doesn't show up.
The apple site below discusses triple booting Mac, windows and Linux and might have some helpful info. It really isn't clear what the problem is. Can you not see the Linux partition from the Mac, are you not able to boot Ubuntu, both/neither?

That is not surprising. There were significant changes in Yosemite to both the structure of the HFS+ file system and how partitions attach to it.

I'm having trouble printing under Yosemite. Printer drivers need updating as well.
