Mounting hardware Raid 5 array

So I rcecently had my Raid 5 array crash. One of my drives is dead due to too many bad sectors. I'm able to run the array in degraded mode for now and I have recently purchased 3 new 2TB WD Red drives and set them up in a hardware or FakeRaid Array. I'm going to be running a dual boot system and need access to the new array in both Windows and Ubuntu. My old data is encrypted but I've researched and managed to access it on the degraded array that I'm replacing via Ubuntu Live CD(USBKey). I need to move my files over to the new array but I can't seem to get Ubuntu Live CD(USB Key) to mount the new array. Can anyone please help me out??????
