can't access Bios or boot after uninstalling uBuntu on Samsung laptop

I've uninstalled ubunto (after encountering a bug that wiped up my HDD and prevented me from accessing BIOS) and installed Linux Mint 17, removed all then installed Windows alone (to recover my files). and now when I power up my Samsung(NP300E5X) it show the Samsung logo for few seconds, then reboots by itself then shows up this screen, it has only ubuntu Listed.
    I can't access BIOS, Boot on CD-ROM.
I tried removing the HDD and turned on the laptop by it still does the same thing (displays this menu).
    please any suggestions

I am facing the same problem. I remember Enabling "Fast BIOS Mode" in Boot Setup. Now I dont know how to Disable it.

Dont know how to enter into Boot setup. This will solve the problem. Anyone who solved the problem, Please suggest.

    Thanks in advance.
