How to install Ubuntu on an HP-Envy with pre-installed Win7Pro-64bit

This may sound simple, but does anyone know how to get to the "bios" settings on this computer. Clearly, it is in fast boot mode. There is no Bios splash screen on this machine. What key combinations do I need to get into the "bios" settings. BTW, the system is an EFI one. I want to install Ubuntu 14.04 along with Win7Pro-64bit.

And what 'computer' that might be? more hardware details... model..
What happens when you boot the Ubuntu DVD/USB?
Have the checked the HP site for a usermanual for your hp model? Look in it for 'how to get to the "bios" settings'.

It is an HP Envy 700PC Series, model # 700-327c.

Of course when I insert the DVD for 14.04, it does not boot from it at all, which is what I expect. However, it did do something I have not seen before, I actually got an HP Splash Screen. Before without the disk in the drive, it immediately started Windows--I assume this is "Fast Boot" and "Secure Boot" or whatever they are currently doing. Perhaps this gives me a few seconds to hit the keystrokes necessary for Bios interaction.

The link below is to the HP site. It's not exactly the same computer but close and indicates that F10 tapped should get you into the BIOS. Just start tapping immediately after boot. F10 is pretty standard to access BIOS on an HP from my experience.

Thanks yancek, it was the F10 tapping! According to the Bios info, the computer is in UEFI mode.

Now, how to install Ubuntu without messing up my Win7 install.

    fantab
The downloaded PDF files from HP tell you nothing about accessing the bios, they clearly do not want their customers messing with bios settings. Thanks to yancek above, I hit on the keys to get to the bios--simply the F10 key tapping during bootup. Luckily, having the Ubuntu boot disk in the DVD drive gave me time with the HP splash screen.
