Help Graphic card drivers

Hi, im a returning Ubuntu user, I quit using Ubuntu when 10.04 came and now im back ... And I forgot everything. I need help on how to install Drivers for Nvidia Geforce 560 please. I cannot use the xOrg driver because im playing Dota and it gives low FPS. Please give clear instructions because the last time I tried installing I rebooted and ended up with a black screen and the CTRL+ALT+F1 terminal doesnt work. Thanks

Have you tried using the Additional Drivers utility to do the installation? It has worked better for me than installing from the Nvidia site.
