A Carafe of Ubuntu
the sytem starts with an error warning and offers me to send a report. when it tries to send the report it produces the title message. in the details i see
problemtype: kerneloops
title: acer aspire 5250 suspend/resume failure [non-free fglrx]
is there a way to get this from some log file and send it as a bug manually?

This sounds like apport. Are you experiencing a system problem or just getting a report?

Apport logs are located in /var/crash/apport.*
