    Title Bar in windows off center, extends beyond window dimensions

    After I reset the password in a terminal, the title bar of most windows is off center. On the left, it begins indented about 1/2 inch. On the right it extends beyond the window about 1/2 inch. The only windows I've found that don't have this are for libreoffice. The windows look normal.
