Problem with top panel on Gnome-flashback / metacity.

    Hi.

As I had to do a clean install of 14.04lts after my install of 10.04lts was killed by the last lot of updates, ( Gnome GUI not usable at all ) thanks for that!

So now I've got 14.04 up & running and looking the way I wanted, close anyway. I have added CPU Frequency Scaling Monitor to the top panel

6 of them, one for each core they work but the option to show graphic & text option does not show text at all.

If I select text only nothing shows at all / a blank area were the applet was.

When I select graphic the applet comes back, I've looked every were and can't find an answer it seems like it's a new problem for 14.04?

On my 12.04 install the CPU speed is shown next to the little graphic, & changes with the CPU's speed.

I noticed this too but haven't yet filed a bug report.
